In your profile:

  • You will find a list of Inex addresses which you can use for online shopping 
  • You can view your parcels and their tracking history
  • You’ll be able to pay for transportation fees and request courier service
  • You can check your accumulated bonus points
  • You’ll have access to the Box pickup functionality
  • You can request assistance with ordering parcels

The Box pickup feature can be managed from your personal account or via an SMS notification

Method I — From your personal profile

Log in and go to your account

Select "Collect from Box" from the menu

Create a group of parcels for pickup and generate the barcode

Method II — From an SMS notification

Open the message notifying you that your parcel has arrived

Click the link

Scroll down to view the barcode

Attention to those ordering from China!

During the Chinese New Year period, the working hours of warehouses in China and shipping schedules will be temporarily changed.

Our warehouse in China will be closed from February 12 through February 23 (inclusive).

Air freight: the last flight will be sent on February 11, the next flight will be sent on February 25.

Land freight: the last shipment will be sent once on February 11 instead of February 6, and the next shipment will be sent on February 27.

Pinduoduo / Taobao warehouse:
The warehouse will be closed from February 15 through February 19 (inclusive).

Air freight: the last flight will operate on February 14 (instead of February 13), the next flight will operate on February 23.

Sea freight: the last shipment will be sent on February 10, the next shipment will be sent on February 24.
